Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, damaged, or altered items
  • Clearance, sale, or final sale items
  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons), unless faulty

🔁 Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@fitnfriendly.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization and instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

💳 Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

🔄 Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges for damaged or defective items only.
  • If you received a faulty item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos for quick resolution.

📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (damaged, incorrect item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
