✅ Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Used, damaged, or altered items
- Clearance, sale, or final sale items
- Personal care items (for hygiene reasons), unless faulty
🔁 Return Process
- Contact us at support@fitnfriendly.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization and instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
💳 Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
🔄 Exchanges
- We accept exchanges for damaged or defective items only.
- If you received a faulty item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos for quick resolution.
📦 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (damaged, incorrect item).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
